RESERVATION
SERVICES
Services can be booked by phone, email or in person at reception at the Villa Magdalena. You are advised to book a service with at least two days in advance.
ARRIVAL
TO SPA WELLNESS CENTER
Please arrive to the Spa and Wellness Centre 15 minutes before the service. In case of delay, unfortunately we cannot extend services.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
The service must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the beginning. If you do not cancel reserved service, we will charge full price.
PAYMENT
Payments can be cash or credit card for all guests and at the expense of room for guests staying at the hotel.
WORKING HOURS
Spa and Wellness Centre open every day from 9:00 AM to 20:30 PM. We reserve the right to change working hours.
