ARRIVAL AT THE WELLNESS AND SPA CENTER

Please come to the Wellness Spa center 5 minutes before the start of the service. In case of delay, unfortunately we will not be able to extend the duration of the service.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

The service must be canceled at least 12 hours before the start. If you do not cancel the reserved service, we charge the full price.

PAYMENT

Payment is possible by cash or credit card for all guests and on account of the room for guests staying in the hotel.

WORKING HOURS

The Wellness Spa center is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. We reserve the right to change working hours.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Give others what you would like to have yourself: a gift for body and soul. You will receive gift vouchers and coupons at the reception of Hotel Villa Magdalena.
